Ingredients
We only accept the best, that’s why we make our products without artificial colors or flavors, or add preservatives. We use the ancient artisan techniques.
We were the first bakery in Buenos Aires to work with certified organic flour in a 100% of the products we make. Certified by the International Agricultural Organization (IAO), with the most demanding standards that we need to achieve a real, healthier, better quality and unique taste in our recipes.
Certified Organic Whole Wheat Rye Flour
We use his magnificent organic flour and all its nutrients, minerals, vitamins, magnesium, phosphorus and fibers. It is more digestible than other flours and has less gluten content. From the land directly to our sourdough bread recipes.
Certified Organic Whole Wheat Flour
All its nutrients and properties are preserved because it is obtained directly from the whole grain. Which is why whole wheat flour preparations provide vitamin E, fiber, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, and zinc. We use this magic flour in our sourdough breads and in all our varieties of pizzas.
Certified Organic Spelled Flour
It is a high protein flour, that contains 8 “essential” amino acids, so called because the body cannot produce them. It also has minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc, and vitamins B, E, and A! We use this super flour in our sourdough breads.
Natural vanilla extract
It is obtained through a 100% natural process, where the vanilla beans are macerated for months in alcohol, until the liquid darkens and generates that characteristic aroma. We use this natural concentrate for all our vanilla preparations.
Certified Organic Eggs
We use certified organic eggs from free chickens, raised responsibly, fed with organic pastures from farms located in Capitán Sarmiento, province of Buenos Aires.
Certified Organic Sugar
We work with organic sugar from Cobos, Salta, Argentina. With export certificate to Europe and the United States. Not only does it mean that the products are healthier than using super refined white sugar, but it also preserves the vitamins and minerals found in sugar.
Certified Organic Mascabo Sugar
Produced in Misiones, Argentina. It is low in sucrose but rich in fructose, glucose, vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients. It is USDA certified and endorsed by the United States Agency for International Development. We use it in all our recipes.
Certified Organic Honey
The fields where the hives are placed have no pesticides or fertilizers, there are also no antibiotics are used in the hives, and the extraction and packaging process keeps the condition of the product unchanged. All the requirements to obtain organic certification. It is used in all our recipes, pastries, pies, cakes, puddings, doughs and more.
Certified Organic Parmesan Cheese
A fantastic certified organic Parmesan cheese from Tandil, province of Buenos Aires. Unique color, flavor and aroma that we use in different preparations such as; salads, sandwiches, the classic chipá, cheese bread sticks, a variety of breads and more.
Certified Organic Jams
Made with certified organic fruits (peaches, plums, oranges, strawberries, berries, and figs) and organic certified whole grain sugar also known as Mascabo sugar. We use these organic jams in all our cakes, pastries, and puddings. These are natural jams from Lago Puelo, Chubut, Argentina. Unique recipe formulated by Artiaga, produced, and packed at origin in Patagonia.
Certified Organic High Oleic Vegetable Oil
This oil is obtained from varieties of organic sunflower seeds, rich in omega 9 and much more stable against high temperatures, making it healthier to consume fried products than with ordinary oil, in addition to being organic. It is also withdrawn by a company to reduce the environmental impact, recycling it to give it other uses taking care of the environment.
Agroecological Lupine Flour
Lupine flour is a superfood from a legume that is used as a complement to other flours. It has prebiotics, antiviral compounds, and antioxidants. Contains 3 times more protein, fiber, and iron than quinoa, oats, and kale. It is an ingredient of excellent nutritional quality that we use in our different sourdough breads.
Belgian chocolate
This chocolate of Belgian origin, recognized worldwide, contains natural vanilla bean and cocoa from countries giving it quality and unique flavor. It does not contain flavorings, colorants, or preservatives.
Cocoa
This is a high-quality cocoa, grown in the Ivory Coast and processed in the Netherlands. Graduation 22/24, characteristic of an intense and pure flavor.
Marine Salt
Crystals of sea salt from Península Valdés, obtained naturally from the evaporation of seawater from the beaches of Chubut. Without aggregates and maintaining the typical minerals of the salt of our Patagonian Atlantic Ocean. Pure quality and unbeatable flavor.
Filtered Water
We purify all the water we use for our recipes, with a filter system from Germany, which works through a 7-step reverse osmosis process, giving the quality and purest taste.
